About Us

Wonderful, Remarkable, Marvelous, Amazing, Extraordinary

In November 2009, Mirus Planning was founded to transform the financial advisory landscape. The inspiration came from a deeply personal experience when our founder, Chad Parmenter, witnessed the challenges his mother faced after the sudden passing of his father due to a stroke. This pivotal moment highlighted the need for a more empathetic and supportive approach to financial planning—one that truly listens to and understands the needs of individuals navigating life's complexities.

"Mirus" embodies our vision, meaning "wonderful, remarkable, amazing, extraordinary" in Latin. These words reflect our commitment to providing an exceptional experience for our clients, one that stands apart from traditional financial services. We believe in meeting clients where they are and offering guidance that resonates emotionally and rationally.

Transparency & Trustworthiness

Transparency & Trustworthiness

At Mirus Planning, we are more than just financial planners; we are collaborators and thought partners. We strive to be a consistent, supportive presence, helping clients navigate life's ebbs and flows with confidence. Our approach is proactive, nimble, and ongoing, reflecting our dedication to being a trusted guide throughout life's journey.
