Maico Santos graduated from Washington State University in 2023. After gaining experience at a large Seattle-area wealth management firm, he joined Mirus Planning in 2025, drawn to the opportunity to work within a smaller, more personalized team. Maico is the operational heart of the team — ensuring every client interaction and behind-the-scenes detail is handled with care. From account paperwork and transfers to scheduling and document management, he is the first point of contact for day-to-day requests. When Maico is not at the office, you can usually find him exploring new coffee shops around town with his Goldendoodle, Merlot.
