Walking Together for a Brighter Future
Last Saturday October 4th, Team Mirus Cares again participated in the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s to honor the millions of families affected by this heartbreaking disease — and to keep moving toward a world without Alzheimer’s.
This year, about ten of us gathered to walk, talk, and share time together in support of the cause. It was a morning full of connection, laughter, and meaningful conversation — a reminder of how strong our community truly is.
We’re proud to share that, thanks to the generosity of our clients, friends, and family, Team Mirus has raised $11,758.81 so far in 2025, bringing our eight-year total to an incredible $125,382.81 in support of the Alzheimer’s Association. Each dollar represents hope for better research, treatment, and care for those living with Alzheimer’s and their loved ones.
This year’s walk was especially meaningful for me, as it marks my last Walk to End Alzheimer’s as part of Team Mirus — at least for a while. I’m moving on to a new adventure abroad, but I’m deeply grateful I got to see so many familiar faces, share hugs, and celebrate everything we’ve accomplished together before this next chapter.
To everyone who has walked beside us, donated, or simply shared a kind word of encouragement over the years — thank you. Your support makes a lasting impact, and your compassion continues to inspire us all.
