Chad Parmenter founded Mirus Planning in November of 2009 to specialize in helping clients successfully navigate complex and emotional life transitions. He has been working in the financial services industry since 1992. He lives on Mercer Island with his wife Stephanie, his two teenage sons and his Whoodles (Wheaten Terrier/Poodle). As a life-long learner seeking excellence and progress in his various roles as a financial planner, a business owner, a parent, a spouse, and a friend, Chad is keenly aware that total well-being is buoyed by both courage and patience.

Kyle joined Mirus Planning in 2018. As a Certified Financial Planner with nearly a decade of experience, Kyle helps clients with financial planning and wealth management guidance. He enjoys unique and complex cases that require intuitive thinking and solutions. He lives in Seattle where he enjoys local golf courses and lakes. The ever-changing nature of our world is what keeps Kyle curious and determined.

Maily is the newest addition to Mirus Planning. With over seven years of experience in the financial services industry, she supports clients and the team in many areas – providing exceptional service, resolving complex account issues, leading technological projects, and troubleshooting. Prior to working in financial planning, Maily was in the banking industry. Being exposed to the different facets of financial services has allowed her knowledge base to be well-rounded and adept.

    I care for clients as I would my own family – going above and beyond to make things as easy as possible, with a patient and warm attitude.

With over eight years in the financial industry, having run his own practice, Kyle brings a wealth of knowledge from multiple firms. He is grateful to be working with a team who is committed to self-growth, building others up and persevering as an industry leader in serving clients first. When he’s not building financial plans or reports, he enjoys sticking his feet in the sand and enjoying all the beauty and aloha Hawaii has to offer.
